# TransitionPath\_InfHorz (and \_PType) change

change input order to …simoptions,vfoptions) for TransitionPath\_InfHorz and the PType version.

[they used to be …vfoptions,simoptions), this makes them match the ordering used by all the other TransitionPath commands and all the HeteroAgent commands]
