The pseudocodes document in vfi toolkit repo is not aligned to the same document in kirlby repo Pseudocodes/VFI_PseudoCodes.pdf at main · vfitoolkit/Pseudocodes · GitHub
To avoid this, I suggest moving the tex and bib files related to pseudocodes in the vfitoolkit/Pseudocodes. Likewise, move the tex files of other documents in the appropriate folder and finally delete the repository raw docs.
